Phase 1: Preparation & Account Setup

Create Your Account
Every journey begins with identity. Set up your author profile to get started.
- Navigate to the Register page.
- Provide your ORCID iD—it's your unique digital identifier.
- Use an institutional email if possible for faster verification.

Prepare Your Assets
Proper formatting ensures a smooth review process.
- Main File: Clean PDF/DOCX without identifying metadata.
- Limits: Up to 20MB for manuscripts; 10MB for supplements.
- Supplementary: Raw data, high-res plates, or extended tables.

Initiate Submission
Select your destination within the Koozakar network.
- Log in and visit your Dashboard.
- Click on "New Submission" to begin.

Metadata & Classification
Define how the world sees your work.
- Abstract: Captivate the editor with a strong summary.
- Keywords: Use specific terms (e.g., *Sustainable Energy*) for better indexing.
- Category: Review, Research Article, or Review Note.

Ethics & Compliance
Maintaining the highest standards of academic integrity.
- Disclose all conflicts of interest (financial or personal).
- Confirm IRB/Ethics committee approval for human/animal studies.

Credit Where It's Due
List all contributors accurately.
- Add co-authors with their specific affiliations.
- Ensure the Corresponding Author is correctly designated.

Final Seal
Complete the process and receive your identifier.
- Perform a final review of your uploaded files.
- Click **Submit** to receive your **KJ-ID** (e.g., KJ-08812344).
