Access Your Dashboard
Your journey to publication continues in your personal author portal.
- Log in and navigate to your User Dashboard.
- Locate the "Recent Manuscripts" section.
- Identify the manuscript showing an "Unpaid" status.

Initiate Payment
Find the quick-action payment link for your accepted manuscript.
- Click the "Payment" link in the action column.
- Review your manuscript details and the charged APC fee on the checkout page.

International (PayPal)
Secure global processing for authors outside Nigeria.
- Currency: Payments are processed in USD.
- Methods: PayPal balance, Credit Card, or Debit Card.
- Security: All transactions are encrypted by PayPal REST API.

Local (Paystack)
Optimized for African authors and local currency payments.
- Currency: Payments are processed in NGN (Naira).
- Methods: Local Cards, Bank Transfer, QR, or USSD.
- Speed: Instant verification and receipt issuance.

Automatic Verification
Our system validates your payment in real-time.
- Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to the payment history.
- The status of your manuscript will update to "Paid" automatically.

Download your proof of payment for institutional reimbursement.
- Check your email (including spam/junk) for the Payment Successful notification.
- Your receipt will include the Transaction ID and Manuscript KJ-ID.
