  • • 75% APC Discount for Active Service Members:
    Current military personnel on active duty are entitled to a 75% reduction on APC and professional consultation services. This enables them to advance research or academic writing projects while in service, with flexible support from Koozakar’s publishing team.
3. Coverage and Application

The discount applies to:

  • All Koozakar Journals (e.g., GJESS, JBIETM, IJLBT, JEPSD, SJTIA, NTST, AJSPIM).
  • Research consultation, manuscript review, and profile-building services (including the Global Recognition Support for Researchers program).

Koozakar Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which authors may request a refund for Article Processing Charges (APC) or other related fees. As Koozakar operates on a pay-after-acceptance model, fees are only invoiced after a manuscript has been formally accepted for publication, and before it is processed for final release.

1. Timing of Payment

Authors are required to make payment only after formal acceptance of their manuscript. The APC covers final production, typesetting, DOI assignment, indexing submission, and online publication.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • • Technical or Transaction Errors: If a duplicate payment or technical issue occurs during the payment process, the author will receive a full refund within 10–15 business days upon verification by Koozakar’s finance team.
  • • Publisher Error or Exceptional Circumstances: If publication cannot proceed due to an error or decision initiated by Koozakar (e.g., system failure, withdrawal for ethical reasons unrelated to the author), a full refund will be granted.
  • • Author-Initiated Withdrawal After Payment but Before Publication: If an author chooses to withdraw the manuscript after acceptance but before publication, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued, depending on production progress (layout, proofreading, DOI assignment). Once the article moves into production, typesetting, or online publication, no refund is possible.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • • Withdrawal after publication or DOI assignment.
  • • Author dissatisfaction with editorial outcomes post-publication.
  • • Delays caused by authors’ failure to provide timely responses or corrections.
4. Consultation and Recognition Programs

For paid consultation, training, or recognition services, refunds are granted as follows:

  • • Within 48 hours of registration: 100% refund.
  • • After commencement of service (e.g., review, editing, or advisory session): Non-refundable, as expert time and resources are already allocated.
5. Refund Process

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@koozakar.com with proof of payment and a clear explanation of the reason for the request. Verified refunds are processed through the original payment method within 10–15 business days.
