Format: Times New Roman, 12 pt, double-spaced, maximum 10,000 words including references

Abstract not more than 250 words. 

Citation Style: OSCOLA (Oxford University Standard for the Citation of Legal Authorities). Papers must be original and will undergo double-blind peer review. Acknowledgment of your paper may take

1 week from the day we receive it

We especially welcome papers from postgraduate students and graduates of African institutions.
